Internet Secure Payment Processor

MiraSecure takes reasonable efforts to ensure that both the Consumer and Merchant can securely use MiraSecure. Customers can feel confident entering their credit card number on MiraSecure's secure encrypted site because the Merchant never sees the credit card number. Merchants are also protected because they do not have to store credit card information in their databases.

Bit Encryption

MiraSecure uses industry standard security features. For this reason, MiraSecure requires that all Consumers who would like to purchase items from a Merchant who uses MiraSecure to process the transaction have a browser with 128-bit SSL encryption. 128-bit SSL encryption is a standard feature with all of the latest browsers and is included in most browsers.

Browser Requirements

Consumers need to ensure that cookies are enabled while they are processing transactions through MiraSecure. MiraSecure only stores information in the cookie that is relevant to the transaction that is taking place. Consumers must have JavaScript enabled in their browsers.

Responsibilities

MiraSecure does not endorse or guarantee any goods or services available on the Merchant's web site. MiraSecure is also not responsible for a Merchant's web site or any links that can be accessed from a Merchant's site. It is your responsibility as the Consumer to research the websites that you would like to purchase goods or services from and the links that are available from those sites.

MiraSecure is only the transaction processor. As such, MiraSecure is not liable for any disputes that occur between the Merchant and the Cardholder. Any Consumer requests to process a refund for a transaction have to be directed to the Merchant. MiraSecure will not process a Consumer refund without the consent of the Merchant.

In conclusion, MiraSecure is not liable for any breakdown in communication between the use of the Merchant's website and MiraSecure and any damages that occur from using either site.
